Fresh Eyes, Freshlooks! I’m a finalist!
A few weeks ago, I joined this contest:
Freshlooks The Next Big Thing.
Nothing to lose right, just upload photos and try my luck lor. : x I’d love to get free lenses to play with since i can’t live without my lenses. Since I got an eye infection about 3 years ago, I’ve steered clear of many brands and stuck to Acuvue Define (brown) Dailies for so long that i was getting a little tired of it. My hair was changing colors, but my eyes weren’t!
I thought the last day of the contest was yesterday. Like the results were supposed to be out on the 15th so I assumed I didn’t get in. And so today, I went out, ran my errands, did my things… So happened that I didn’t check my email at all the whole day and when I came home, i was greeted with the notice that someone as created a Fan Page for me and made me admin. What the!?
Then I realized.
It’s Freshlooks! I’m one of the ten finalists in the contest!
Woohoo!
So the first round was getting the judges’ approval. Passed. Now my fate in this contest lies in the number of fans for my fan page. Tsk. So now I need to be an irritating shameless pest and ask all of you guys to……
Uh…. Please? *Blinks* Heh.
I promise to upload many many pictures of me and my “new eyes” in Japan. Daily. Even if it means i’ll lose 45mins of my precious sleep. Or maybe just 30mins. And, one of my fellow finalist is the gorgeous Kanny Theng can?! She probably has 352505280 fans out there waiting to click “become a fan” already!
Yikes. 7 more days to Japan, so many things to settle! Please vote for me! : D~
A big thank you to everyone, my lovely friends who voted previously and are my “fans” now~ Haha! Especially my campaign manager, Mr Yang. We almost wanted to break up so that I would have more fans. HAHAHAHAH! I literally buggered him to become a “Fan”!
And oh, I get my lenses from Edward, at Wee-Mart. If you need supplies, Be quick! Their Christmas Sales will be ending in 2 weeks time!!!!

Hello, I just want to clear my doubts about Freshlook ColorBlends. Do you wear it every day, weekend or weekdays? If so, do you experience having some eye fatigue after removing the lens or red nerves on the eye?

I don’t wear it everyday, i alternate it with my dailies though this is safe for daily use. Are you a long time contact lens wearer? If not you may feel fatigue as you’re not used to it… Normally after removing any kind of lenses my eyes will feel relieved – I am 850deg short sighted afterall : D
Only get red nerves if there are irritations like during my eye make up removal
You should get eye drops, to relieve tension in your eyes. Try Natural Tears!

I’m using contacts for 4 months now. All is well, just getting used to colored contacts. Actually, my plan is to wear this Freshlook Colorblends on weekdays (excluding Friday) for 2-4 hours and during weekends, I just leave my eye contact lens free.
Well thanks for the advice
