Scouring for a (few) wedding gown(s).

I managed all of 2 bridal shops, and sat down at at least 4 booths today, at the Blissful outdoor wedding show (BOWS) located at Dhoby Ghaut.

I absolutely loved the first wedding shop I went to. Huge dressing room, nice full length mirrors, helpful assistants, a huge range of dresses and two absolutely adorable mouth-watering ones i liked. And a huge ass evening gown with a skirt that has a life of it’s own. I plonk it on the floor and it stands. It’s so adorable… and i look like a cake in it. The price was… “huge” too of course. : x

The second shop… Well the sheep found it nice, but since I went down without an appointment, I had to share the dressing rooms and I didn’t like it at all. : / The lady didn’t give me a good vibe, so i got out after trying a few gowns. The first gown I tried had a gorgeous train, but the top was less desirable lah. Thereafter, the other few gowns….. Hrmmmm hummmmm ho, no.

Almost went into the third one, but I almost lost my temper since I was tired from trying so much heavy, almost cannot breathe stuff on me, we got our asses to Dhoby Ghaut instead for BOWS. I’m so sorry dear! : x

1, 2, 3…. i lost count of the number of booths i’ve sat down at, but hey! There are realllllllyyyy pretty good packages there. My requirements were quite fussy, I needed to rent the gowns for more than just AD + Pre Wed, I didn’t require photography…. Fierce aunties…

Honestly. All the gowns look pretty similar to me. My preference for the gowns was more of like.. I like this a little more than this one, that one… It’s just hard to pick one cos many of them look too fabulous!!! I ended up deciding that I will just pick some random chio ones, and save the mermaid train for the A.D Wedding. Then pray that I won’t burst at the seams. A.D is STILLLLLLLLLLL so far away lah.

I made a costly mistake. Bah. But let’s hope that I can rectify it.
At the end of the day, the service is still more important to me. The sales people really play a huge part… I just can’t feel the 親切感. Please let me be able to fix this! *Apologizes to Yang furiously* : x

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh TIRED. Since photography wasn’t allowed, I wish I could sketch out what I’ve worn and seen today, but let’s leave that for another time! *faints*
