Triple Date at Aburiya
I know Roo from LJ, and when I got together with Yang, I realized that Yang knows HY and HY’s colleague, Derick, so somewhere 3 months down the road, we ended up on a triple date for delicious Jap BBQ! The place of choice was Aburiya.

Applebee’s with Keni, Fel and the Yang after Yang got all excited from hy’s tweets about the place. He was eager to see if they have the same awesome stuff he had in the US of A, so off we went on a double date. Unfortunately I didn’t really agree with the food and the serving, but the other 3 companions with me seem to love their food a lot! Save for Keni who kept repeating that he was on a diet (but still ate anyway) and left half his wrap untouched, Fel’s steak seems delicious (prawns! prawns!) and Yang’s chicken was duly finished. First attempt with falsies!
Last friday marked my first attempt with falsies. It was raining, and I had no choice but to wait (and make Veron wait for 2 whole hours)… so I rummaged and found my box of nice/good quality false eyelashes purchased from Tokyo previously. Donki (Donquijote) FTW. I probably have like over 10 kinds of false lashes lying in my stock shelf but I’ve never touched any of them. If im not wrong, i got this box at about 800 ~ 1000yen? Which works out to about $12 ~ $15 SGD. Quality wise, I won’t compare it to Dolly Wink lah, but i like them in bulk and I have a thing for lashes which has…

After running around for 3 whole weeks being a sales woman in the day and designer at night…. What else is better than retail therapy and some time off? Tuesday Picked up my present from a darling in somerset, had lunch with Lynette at Ippudo, did my brows at browhaus (T_T pain.) and went to Kinokuniya Ngee Ann City to get Popteen (alas. Getting forgetful
I nearly lost my laptop. Or rather, Yang did. We lost it for a whole of probaby, 7 minutes. Had a long day and we were looking for a place to eat after settling our outdoor shoot gowns. After trudging and walking around for about 15 mins, we finally settled at a chap chai png stall along tanjong pagar food market. My jaw dropped when I saw someone writing a post about how she prefers the PC and IE. Hahahaha. Nothing wrong with preferences, the sheep still uses a PC and so do a huge portion of my friends, but her blog post really made me crack up. Photoshop tutorials… or not?
After attending bloggers’ symposium last weekend, I’ve been wondering if i should do some basic tutorials to show people how to use photoshop. Once and for all solve problems when people ask me how to edit photos or to help them look chio-er or something. Help reduce the number of disastrous over photoshopped/DI-ed photos out there (can’t help CLEO Sg’s over zealous DI for sure) so that I won’t cringe every time I see someone’s face overly smooth. Not like I’m the best, but *flips hair* I can sure do some minor miracles. : x Should I? Hmmmmmmmmm.
A typical night at cheena club(s)
Involves lots of dancing, singing, ogling, laughing, camwhoring (especially this). Somehow it mutated into a couple’s night for some funny reason. It’s been a long time since we’ve hit the clubs and this time round, they’ve decided to conquer Shanghai Dolly instead of the usual Dragonfly quest.
