I think she is gorgeous after the surgery. Of course she wasnt ugly before, but I can understand why someone is ready to go through all of this pain to be beautiful, everyone wants to be beautiful. Girls who say the contrary are just hypocrite. And yes, beauty can bring happiness, but I admit you need more then just being pretty.

What about long in the long term? Do these people have to do regular maintenance for reshaping their face shape and nose?
I think it depends highly on the kind of filler and parts they use – if it’s just fillers these will have to be replaced every few months?
