This Gatsby Commercial tune has been stuck in my head ever since I stepped out of my first drugstore on my JP trip. All the way from Hokkaido to Tokyo I was humming it day and night….. *Hoi hoi!* And so I’m back with too much stuff. Thank god I had my brother’s luggage space to share. Hehehe. I also had to buy another small carry on luggage. Super duper cute! 8980 JPY from Muji! Will go into more details on my next few posts!
Hong Kong, Again!
Made a trip up to HK again : D This time with Evey… and many thanks to our 貴人 in HKG (both passing by and staying in HK), Paul, Eve’s mum and Meizhen which made our trip really awesome! Paul was an awesome guide and great help cos… he speaks Cantonese! XD Shop owners got very confused cos there were us, these two girls who looked very Chinese who couldnt speak a word of Cantonese, but it was the kwai lo who spoke fluent Cantonese instead to them. LOL. There was this smell in Regal hotel – every time we walked into the hotel we’ll smell it and it smelt very… sexy. A mysterious scent….

drew this on the ipad XD The sketching app was the first thing I downloaded. Everything costs nearly $1.2k+ with the red smart cover. Red smart cover is a Product(RED) item and only avail online…. Get this only if you really like the smart cover cos.. It doesn’t cover the back. If i had a choice i’d rather get the black apple cover for the first generation iPad. The magnetic clasp is really really cool though. Lace Tip Nails + Lace Dress from TVD!
Wore this for April’s wedding and did lace tipped nails to match! : D Painted black tips with OPI Onyx, and pink base with some random pink OPI polish~ Pasted on the sticker + seche vite, and voila, good to go! New Random Photo section!
Some of you may notice that there’s a new “Random Photo” section on the side bar now….. some kindda like Xiaxue’s Recent Photo? : p Except a bit smaller, and also without the next photo / previous photo function. : p If any one has queries about it, it’s actually a Tumblr Plug-in! Yup yup. The name of the Plug-in is “Tumblr Widget” by Gabriel Roth, and I think it works wonderfully. The whole thing is a widget, and you can configure it under Appearance > Widgets. Just drag it over to the right, and it can post anything – Quotes, Pictures, Conversations, Videos…. etc. You need a Tumblr acct, and enter the details….. good…

The Story of Cosmetics – Why I stopped using Pantene
It was working well for me all along till my girlfriend told me that it actually makes your hair drop off. I’ve stopped using it about 1 year ago and have been using other brands, like Tsubaki, EKS, and Essential. Till today I’ve not read up about it, but I’m happier using other random shampoos anyway. But if you’re using Pantene/Herbal Essences, do take a look at this video and maybe, do a google search about it. Actually, even Tsubaki, EKS and Essential containt SLS, but as long as they are not too drying for my hair, I’m fine with it. : ) I like this video, I think it’s quite well done and educating….

Got sick of the old blogskin. Since I’m a designer and not a programmer, I downloaded an awesome free theme which has a clean, nice look. Simplo by Site5! http://wordpress.site5.net/simplo/ Their themes are all very simple and nice. Credits to their great work for this skin! : ) More tweaking to be done though, boy, do I love wordpress!
iPhone 365
I started this iPhone 365 project since….. Sept 11th 2009, and just wanna share some of my favourite pics with you guys : D I’m mad about iPhone photo apps, and I gladly paid a reasonable amt for some apps… I really appreciate the few good ones too. My favourites are Pudding (in korean, damnit) , Phototreats, Pictureshow, and Infinicam. I have some gripes about Infinicam, and I’ve heard a lot of people wax lyrical about Hipstamatic, but personally I don’t see the %@%@#% in paying so much for all the other extra add ons. : p Another app really worth paying for (imo lah) is TiltshiftGen. But there’s also the free version which works…
