Got a bottle of Denim from Susan (Subtle Shimmer) as I’ve actually wanted it for quite some time but didn’t have enough girls to spree with me. It’s an indigo jelly base packed with lovely blue glitter! A very unique shade this is. Application was alright, but do give it a bit more time to dry inbetween coats as I didn’t and thats why you see bald patches on my swatches. > _ < !!! This is Eyelash No. 9 from the stash I got a while back. It’s criss-crossed, set on an invisible lash bone. Wore this out for (a simple BKT) dinner and loved it. Picture Polish Festival (Flakie) vs Nubar 2010 vs Cult Nails Clairvoyant
Everyone’s coming up with flakies recently but they’re still pretty rare as compared to say, Shatter polishes. Which is everywhere now and frankly, I’m not really a fan of shatter polishes. Thanks to Make Up Store (Thanks Doreen, Gwen & Elaine!) for their invites, I got to preview their latest collection, for Fall/Winter 2011! Presenting… The Pure Collection.
