“Chia Seed is able to live in a very dry environment. It contains various minerals, vitamins, nutrient energy and also vitamin A, B, C, D and E. Not only these, it also contains 6 times more calcium than milk, more iron than spinach, more antioxidants than blueberries, 8 times more essential fatty oil than salmon, and 15 times more magnesium than broccoli. With this mighty combination, Chia Seed is indeed miraculous and packed with nutrition.
In the manufacturing process of these products, Chia Seed sprouts are used. When the seeds start sprouting, the nutrition increases. Seeds that have sprouted for a week were chosen and processed within 24 hours to ensure active ingredients are in the freshest state. After which, these sprouts are extracted by steam distillation, followed by micro filtration process. No chemical fertilizers were used in the process.”
“7 Chia Seed products were created to meet different areas of needs. Dermatologist tested, our formula does not contain any of the 7 additives (Paraben, Benzophenone, Artificial antioxidant, Alcohol, Sulphate, Acrylamide and Triethanolamine)”

An box was sent to me via courier and I was like “what is this display set doing here” hahaha. I think it was a rather interesting presentation.
The box opens up to reveal the Chia Seed Moisture Holding Seed Cream (50ml), which is a “moisture cream that is deeply infused with Chia Seed Water Drops to fully hydrate the skin”.
It comes with a little spatula for scooping out product – using your fingers to dip into the pot may contaminate the product!
The little jar contains 50ml of product (which means… 500ml of moisture?!), and the jar is made of acrylic, which is quiet hefty. Unscrew the container and you’ll see that it has an extra protective seal cap, which can be easily lifted by pulling the little heart shaped seed tab – I like the inclusion of this little thing!
The moisturizer is translucent and viscous, but not too thick and definitely more of a gel than a cream. It’s pretty lightweight to me, and spreads easily on the skin. I’ve been using this for about a week now, and so far so good – no clogged pores, no breakouts. I use this mostly in the day as it’s light, but super moisturizing still – you can use this both day at night if you wish. I don’t oil up excessively even when I sleep without air-conditioning.
At $36.90 SGD, this tub of moisturizing cream isn’t too expensive to try out – if your skin’s in need of some hydration, why not give this a go? ; )
